“Exceptional service, thoughtful personal touches and attention to detail made our stay truly special”
+Thank you for such a wonderful stay. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the service was warm, friendly and professional. Every little touch reflected the care we would expect from a five-star hotel. A special thank-you to Monika, who arranged everything we needed, including a late checkout when my travel companion became unwell. We truly appreciated her kindness and flexibility. The personal handwritten welcome notes from Monika and the person who cleaned our room so beautifully made us feel especially welcome. Our room was spotless, and it was a lovely surprise to discover that the minibar was included in the room rate and replenished daily. On our second day, we found a bottle of sparkling wine and some nibbles, accompanied by another personal note. Such thoughtful gestures made our stay feel really special. It is a pleasure to receive service that feels so personal and caring. Thank you to Monika and the whole team for looking after us so well.

+We stayed at The Romex to celebrate our anniversary, and our experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning the room was. Our host had gone above and beyond to make our stay extra special, with wine, snacks, rose petals, balloons and a beautiful handwritten note waiting for us. We truly appreciated the effort and attention to detail. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. We couldn’t recommend The Romex enough 🤍

“Amazing clean modern hotel”
+I absolutely loved my stay at the Romex. The hotel was beautiful! My boyfriend and I were staying here after our long international flight and they had wine/champagne little snack dish waiting for us. They even decorated the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. I loved how modern and clean the room was. The service was so so so nice and accommodating. The hotel booked our taxis to the airport. This location is perfect. You are close to the Vatican/Saint Peter’s Basilica. 1000/10 stay. I would 1000% book this place again :)
