+Positives: Room was clean, staff was friendly, easy walk to the beach Negatives: Had to pay to park, carrying around the large metal key was nuisance and loud music was blasting at 7am.

+Great location with very easy access to the beach and waterfront activities with the bus to Split less than a 5min walk from the accommodation.

+The location was nice and close to the beach. The apartment didnt feel as clean as i would expect, the walls and shower didn't feel as clean as should be. The living room AC seems dirty, dusty and possibly had mold on it. I would also recommend they add a 1npage instruction around water heater, air conditioner for usersbto reduce confusion, there were many wall switches and we didnt realize one of them was for the water heater.

+The room was spacious, I really liked the living quarters and how we had our own kitchen equipment. The walk to the beach was short allowing us to deep dive into the beach with swiftness
