“Unpleasant”
+The hotel its self is beautiful and clean
−I booked to stay here with a friend as I was having an operation with Enhanced across the road and I had to leave Plymouth at 3 am to be there for 11am for my operation. I got to the hotel about 4 o’clock everything was lovely. The room was lovely. Went down to the pub part to have my tea which the food was absolutely beautiful. Went back up to my room to rest and from 830 at night there was doors slamming so loud it was shaking the building. “Relaxing, easy and enjoyable”
+The staff were brilliant, the facilities are excellent.
−The bed in standard room was quite small but the room was a great size bathroom lovely. Only other comment would be that the rooms can be confusing to find so more signage would be helpful.
