“Misleading advert led to a disastrous break. Shan’t use Booking.com again”
+The shower was great
−We were disappointed when we arrived to discover that the accommodation was way below our expectations. Firstly we thought that the accommodation had food preparation and dining exclusive and not shared with several other rooms. We have relooked at the details on the website and still cannot clearly see that they are shared. We would not have booked if we had known as it was important to us to be able to dine. Secondly we could only find two mugs in the shared kitchen. There were no plates bowls or any cutlery. So we would not be able to eat any food on site. The room itself was very poorly lit The bed not as comfortable as advertised There were only two pillows The stairway needs painting and the carpet replacing We had booked the place for three nights but could not face staying so booked flights home the next morning

+A very nice place to stay! The rooms are spacious, and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped with everything you need, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Communication with Valentina was quick and easy, and she was very helpful with everything we needed. The location is fantastic: very close to a metro station, with several bus lines nearby, and just a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. Plus, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet filled with great restaurants and places to eat. One thing to keep in mind regarding the bathroom: to get hot water while showering, you need to keep the sink faucet running the whole time, otherwise the hot water stops. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

+Отличное расположение в 3 минутах пешком от метро. У метро есть большой супермаркет. В здании имеется лифт. Комната очень просторная, есть балкон, выходящий во двор. Было предупреждение о горячей воде (нужно подождать 3-5 минут для нагрева) - но с этой проблемой не сталкивалась - буквально в течение минуты воды нагревалась до горячей температуры и работала без перебоев. Большая кровать, зоны для хранения. Кухня и холодильник были в общей зоне
−Добавить основного света в комнату (очень темно) В общем коридоре стоял сломанный сейф, который сильно пищал - было сложно уснуть ночами (просила убрать в первую ночь - но этого не произошло)

“Angenehmer Aufenthalt”
+Die Lage war gut. Man konnte die Metro gut erreichen. Von da aus kam man überall hin. Nach den Bewertungen von den anderen Gästen waren wir ein wenig ängstlich was die Sauberkeit angeht. Das Hotel war jedoch super sauber, die Reinigungskraft haben wir einmal gesehen, sie war super freundlich. Sie hat sogar unsere Wäsche zusammengelegt als wir unterwegs waren. Bett war bequem. Fenster sind super abgedichtet so dass man den Lärm kaum hört von der Straße. Wir haben jedenfalls super geschlafen. Also wir können uns nicht den Vorgängern anschließen. Außerdem hat sich das Personal mit dem ich per WhatsApp Kontakt hatte, auch bemüht uns früheren Zugang zu geben. Wir waren schon um 8 im Rom und durften schon ab 11 rein um unsere Sachen abzulegen.
−Die Toiletten Spülung schiesst extrem hoch, was ein wenig eklig ist. Wir haben den Deckel immer geschlossen aber die klobrille war trotzdem immer voll gespritzt von der Spülung. Außerdem war da ein Schild, dass das Wasser 3-5 min braucht um warm zu werden. Früh morgens war das jedoch teilweise ein Problem. Einen Morgen hatten wir gar kein warmwasser. Sonst schon.

“אכזבה אחת גדולה”
+חוץ מהמיטה שהייתה נוחה כלום לא היה טוב
−לא היו מים חמים להתקלח.. יום אחד אני התקלחתי הסתיימו המים באמצע ולבת שלי לא היו מים להתקלח. למחרת הבת שלי התקלחה ראשונה ולי לא היו מים חמים. פנינו לולנטינה בעלת המקום שאמרה שגם ככה שילמנו בזול ואם אני רוצה היא תחזיר לי את הכסף ואמצא מקום אחר. אמרתי לה שעצוב שאלה התשובות שהיא נותנת לאורחים. יום למחרת כתבתי לה ששוב אין מים חמים והיא לא ענתה יום שלם למחרת התקשרתי היא לולא ענתה ופתאום שלחה סרטון שיוצאים מים רותחים. כנראה הדליקה את הבוילר במיוחד כדי לא לתת לי פיצוי כי זה מה שביקשתי לאור העוגנת נפש. היא בחורה שקרנית והבת שלי כל הזמן בכתה שהיינו שם. בנוסף חדר חשוך מאוד עם מעט תאורה. אכזבה גדולה. אני המון מזמינה מכם ואף פעם לא נתקלתי בדבר כזה וביחס כזה

“Strategico e accogliente! Ci torneremo sicuramente”
+The place si trova in un posto strategico a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro C e a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell’autobus Se volete potete raggiungere lo svincolo San Giovanni della metro C con la metro A a piedi 11 minuti Noi avevamo la Suite e la camera era al primo piano di un palazzo le cui porte esterne ed interne si aprono tramite Link (cosa ottima se vai ad un concerto e non vuoi portarti le chiavi) Il check in è self check in con link online e cassetta di sicurezza per consegna chiavi. Noi abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare il check in prima chiedendo Letto spazioso e comodo, ampia doccia completamente ristrutturato C’è anche una cucina in comune con frigo e accessori
−Unica pecca che ho trovato nella struttura è la rumorosità del portone di entrata e di uscita, essendo la camera locata di fianco all’ingresso principale sentivamo ogni ospite entrare ed uscire
