“Horrible do not go”
+Nothing. Maybe location.....
−No Air Conditioning. No wifi + no TV. Impossible spiral stairs. Extremely tiny space. No curtains in window, day and street lights on face. Impossible to sleep. Extremely noisy at night. Difficult check in. Bulbs burnt ceiling lights (dark)

+Lieu à éviter. Ce n'est pas cher mais c'est désastreux. Pas de rideaux donc nuit avec la lumière de la rue extérieure, sachant qu'un lampadaire est juste devant la fenêtre. Chambre mal nettoyée, surtout les toilettes et le sol. Aucun espace pour poser ses affaires ou même de tenir debout pour s'habiller. Aucune insonorisation, on entend les bruits de la rue comme si on était au bar. Et pour finir pas de service client. Pas de réception physique, seulement un numéro de téléphone avec quelqu'un qui fait semblant d'écouter mais ne propose aucune solution.
+TV doesn't work as remote is missing and no curtain covering the window, bathroom is too small to use to get dressed, so if you want to dress in privacy you will have to do so in the shower. There are offices directly across the window as well as window cleaners
+The stairs are dangerously narrow and steep. If you have luggage to carry up, it is almost impossible to go up. It was difficult for us to go up and down the stairs with our standard backpacks. If you have small children they can easily fall between the railings and get severely hurt !!!! Loud noise from outside, no soundproofing, hard to sleep when you hear loud music and screaming from outside. The room STINKS of sewage and mold. We tried to contact Smartflats as it was unbearable because my mother has asthma and could not breathe properly, but they could not be reached during the stay!!! We contacted expedia and when they contacted them they refused to apologize or compensate us. They only care about getting paid, not a serious company. DO NOT BOOK a room through smartflats !!!!!

“Scam, stinky, claustrophobic rat hole!”

−was not at all similar to what was advertised on the site. Noting available in the room: No shampoo, WC light was burnt, heating was not working, no ventilation, stinky room and no service.

“Great location, really bad room”

−It had a bad smell like drainage all day and night. It was dirty and dusty. The heaters didn’t worked. Didn’t have an inside lock. No space to move in the room. The stairs was very small and dangerous. There was not staff, no one to talk to about the room. The carpet was ruined.

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
+The location - nothing else. Avoid this accommodation like the plague.
−The property in general was awful, it was dirty, no curtains for privacy and an office block across from the window. We woke up with a whole office floor having full visibility into our room. We complained on the first night and were told that this would be looked into, we didn’t get a full response until we had arrived home. Just someone coming to put some curtains up would have made the world of difference because the no privacy was a major concern. The shower is in the main room, so we were unable to get in the shower either. While the staff tried to be polite, they completely did not care and offered €27 back, which was around 20% in refund. We couldn’t sleep because of the light from outside, the concern that a whole building could watch us, and not to mention the about of dirt, cobwebs, and exposed light fittings. Even Booking.com did not want to get involved - we urge someone to look into this place, as this place needs removing from any booking website and closing down for being crooks.
