+Our stay was perfect. The staff was amazingly kind and welcoming throughout our trip; a special thank you to Moon, who helped us with everything and made our stay so easy and stress-free! Renting a scooter directly through them was super convenient and made getting around the area. The room was super cute, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious every morning. We had a fantastic experience and couldn't recommend this place enough!

“Our home away from home in Bangkok. Total of nearly 5 months for two separate trips.”
+We were there for extended period. Property is nice, staff are exceptional, rates are reasonable, neighborhood is convenient to either use rail or taxi (Grab) to anywhere in Bangkok central. Plenty of walkable small restaurant, grocery, convenience stores. You really should stay here for a quiet, super calm and friendly location. We did stay other places, and came back to The Pattern Boutique for comfortable beds and to feel safe and welcome.
−Only things completely beyond anyone's control: make the streets in Bangkok wider and cleaner. lol.

+Staff is very friendly and the location is in a nice quiet area. Nice rooms and a good cafe in the same spot
−A bit far from some interest points in the city, but again, the city is big and there's a lot of things to do, so it depends on where you want to go !

“The place is average, the staff was excellent and very helpful.”
+The first breakfast served with sand in food. The second brunch was beautifully presented and the portion was tiny which was enough for me.
−The first room was extremely narrow, mirrors everywhere does not help. The second room is better, however, the huge hammock seat dangling next to the bed and the small hanging bed on top of the queen bed made the room much narrower, annoying and a waste of space.

“Never again”
+Nothing
−Nothing lift and was on the 4th floor. Had i known upfront i would not have booked. Location is dodgy and even my Thai partner was not comfortable with the area. The tv setup didn’t work. It looked like the cupboard shelf was falling and for sone weird reason the remains of a water filter left in the room. No safe in the room. We did not stay our full booking. Was just not worth it.

“Przyjemny pobyt jeśli trafisz do właściwego pokoju :)”
+Lokalizacja była w porządku jeśli chodzi o spokój w okolicy. Blisko BTS , 7/11. Pokój był adekwatny do ceny. Miła atmosfera panowała w obiekcie. Fajny wystrój lobby. Personal przyjazny.
