“Modest, Essential Lodging. Clean and aside multi store & restaurant takeout, sit down family eatery.”
+Access to downtown by one mile plus. Good for taxi-uber-lyft rides. Clean.
−To remember the real world is changing all around us; keep window closed wisdom. I stayed here a few decades ago. I love middle class, family biz. ..It's the essence of our capitalist idealsm. Well kept room.

“Quite awful from the staff to the room.”
+Not much.
−The room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, with ash and grime on the chair and the towels, and my wife became nauseated and had to leave for the car within ten minutes. I told the owner that the room was unacceptable and asked for a refund since we couldn't safely stay there with our two small children, but he insisted the room had never been smoked in and refused. We left without staying and had to find another hotel, so I would strongly recommend demanding to walk through the room yourself before paying a single dollar.

“Horrible and I felt like I was lied to and ripped off and disrespected overall.”
+Nothing I paid for a room with a kitchen which I did not get. Also was given a standard room that was dirty and tried calling booking all night to get hung up on and only given a twenty dollar refund.
−The whole entire stay.

−Sketchy area, tv didn’t work, dirty floors, 1970’s garage sale furniture, nasty refrigerator, room smelled stale, waaaayyyy over priced.
