“I can recommend it for location”
+The location is really great, very close to the heart of the city and all the attractions. The room was clean, not big. A wardrobe, a chair, a secreter and a standing lamp - that was all. I was lucky that the neighbours were absent or silent. The host was responsive and provided a kettle to get some hot water for tea. It is an adequate place for 1-2 nights but not for a long stay.
−The access to the kitchen is denied. So, there is no way to have your own meals or drink something hot in the morning or in the evening. I am sure, such basic things should be available at such a price. But the owner was kind enough to give me a kettle and plastic cups when I messaged him. Thankfully, I brought a thermos and my own tea bags and it helped me to drink some hot tea before going out in the morning and before going to sleep.

+Good location, clean and comfortable, curtains were thin and let light through but noticed there was a blind to pull down as well which solved the problem. Room was quite small but fine for one person.
−A little noisy when other guests moving around and the neighbours, also would be good if there was a separate toilet from the main bathroom.

“Expensive and below minimal.”
+The aesthetic was nice.
−The price of it when you don’t even get basic amenities. No tea or coffee making facilities, no private bathroom, no fan when it’s 25+ in the room. The worst experience I’ve ever had staying away. My WiFi was disconnected on the last night and as there was no fan or tv, I left with nothing to keep busy on a hot night with little to no sleep. Also, guests don’t stick to the quiet hours.

“Amazing stay in Oxford”
+The house itself is very picturesque, and felt very inviting. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and hassle free. Would love to stay here again.

“Disappointing and parking really let it down.”
+No breakfast.
−Could have been warned about parking and permits should have been provided. The cleanliness of the kitchen was poor. No radio or TV available in the room and no bedside lamps. No robes to use to go to the communal bathroom which was upstairs, and lighting was poor and not always on.

“Cozy Room with good location, but needs better curtains and earplugs.”
+The location was quite good. The room was really small but pleasant. The kitchen with all the things you need. Lovely little garden.
−I suggested changing the window curtain because all the light comes through. The doors are very thin and you can hear everything.
