“Amazing hosts, fantastic beachfront location, spotless room, and delicious breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay and wou”
+We had such a wonderful stay, and John and Francie were the best hosts we’ve ever had! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the beachfront, with just a road separating the property from the beach. There’s also a bus stop right in front, which makes it very convenient if you want to explore other parts of the Isle of Wight. There are restaurants nearby as well, so everything you need is within easy reach. The place itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing! I think it was probably the largest portion of an English breakfast I’ve ever had, and it was delicious. 😋 One of the things we appreciated most was that John and Francie kindly allowed us to check in early because our room was already available. This gave us extra time to settle in and start exploring Shanklin straight away, which was such a lovely touch. We also loved the sofas at the front of the property, where we could simply sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful beach view. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Shanklin or t
−Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!❤️

“Beautiful beach house in the Isle of Wight”
+The house is very well maintained and sits right on the beach, providing access to many establishments within walking distance of the guest house. There is a bar onsite as well. We were provided with instructions for parking ahead of time and loads of recommendations for restaurants in the area, which we appreciated. Our rooms have all the amenities that we needed, including slippers!
−There was no onsite parking, however the car park next to it has free overnight parking. Our room is looking over the car park, but it was very peaceful and quiet.
