“The olde house is sweet & accommodating”
+Beautiful family, fantastic owners & staff, hospitality was "amazing" so accommodating, smashing food, we felt very spoilt :) premises lovely & the garden so sweet, worth every penny, short stay but it was all & everything we needed, can't wait to go back :)
−The fact that I couldn't stay longer, haaaa nothing to dislike!

“Dunster is lovely and the Olde House is the best place to stay”

“Delightful stay”
+Lovely welcome from George Fabulous breakfast. Granola a real treat. Quality ingredients - bread was lovely.
−Squeaky double bed - needs to be replaced.

“Lovely location!”
+Location breakfast and staff all really good. The room was lovely and large and the bathroom lovely We were staying over to visit family so were racing around to visit them . So just came back to sleep and have breakfast.
−There was a problem with the double bed as it was very creaky and noisy. Every movement meant another series of creaks. We were there for 2 nights so slept in the 2 single beds on the second night and were much more comfortable.

“Short Break in Dunster”
+Location - perfect for us. Breakfast - excellent. Staff - really lovely. We will definitely recommend.
−Everything was good, and such good value. Only one small thing - we both thought our room was due some new pillows! But apart from that - just right!

“Exceptional”
+What a beautiful location. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and happy to help with anything we asked of them, from directions and places to go and visit to recommendations for food in the local area. Breakfast, and the other food and drink on offer in the cafe below were exceptional. We did eat at The Stags Head and The Luttrell Arms in the village on an evening and both were great. The Luttrell Arms especially just for the garden and the views from it. Food and staff were great too, even when just using the pizza bar in the pub garden or using the restaurant.. Dunster beach, as well as nearby Porlock, Blur Anchor and especially Bossington were great for a quiet relax while Minehead was more the traditonal British seaside town but with loads to offer and a massive beach too. In all, The Olde House was the tip of the iceberg for a great all round stay and we will definitely be returning.

“Very enjoyable two night stay.”
+Location is fantastic as is right in the heart of the village. Breakfast was in Tessa tea rooms downstairs. The young staff here were all exceptional , so friendly and efficient which is rare these days. Breakfast choice was very good and of excellent quality.
−The bed was a little creaky and mattress bouncy but perhaps we are just used to a firmer mattress.
