“Exceptional accommodation near the river”
+Lovely location with views out over the garden to the river. Wonderful to have so much space with the seperate entrance, and large lounge and dining/kitchen area. Bed is super comfy and great for an afternoon nap with the sun shining in and and slight breeze through the window. Homemade jams and spreads, fresh bread and crumpets, fruit and lots of breakfast options, plus fresh daphne on the table. Shower is excellent and the mirrored bathroom cabinet is great to store everything out of the way. We so enjoy staying here and it's our favourite place to book in Reefton.

“Magic place”
+Only one small problem the smoke detector battery was low so the alarm.kept going off intermittently. Other wise a faultless stay.

+The property was outstanding and so thoughtfully appointed. Everything that we could have wanted was provided and all of excellent quality. It was also very interesting in the range of books and ornaments. The furnishings were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The heating was excellent making us very warm.

“Loved staying at the old vicarage - felt like a chance to experience some of the history of the town, in a comfortable,”
+Beautiful accomodation, walking distance to town and next to a lovely river with historic walks alongside. The house is quaint, but clean, cosy and warm. Beautiful linen, log fire, so many books and magazines to enjoy and comfortable lounge in which to relax. Lovely easy breakfast with teas and coffee, cereals toast and a selection of spreads. Wonderful!
−Minor improvement would be access to a clothes washer/dryer.
