“Perfect stay at this charming and warm hotel”
+We had such a wonderful stay at The Old Exchange in Clifton, and it was honestly one of our best hotel experiences! The property is absolutely lovely , beautifully and tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, and the breakfast was delicious as well. But what truly made our stay special was Mari, the owner. She was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. She reached out to us the day before our arrival to check what time we would be arriving, asked what type of room we preferred, gave us helpful directions, and told us to contact her if we needed anything. As we arrived quite late, she even waited up for us. She was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. At one point, I needed help with something, and Mari solved the problem for me almost instantly. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Usually, I am a bit picky and there are usually something that is not perfect,, and we keep our reviews real, but The Old Exchange was just perfect. +The Old Exchange is a lovely place to stay. It's location is incredible. The place is very clean and the breakfast is lovely. Mari is really great to deal with and goes above and beyond. Her communication is excellent and clear and she is helpful without being overbearing. We stayed for my birthday and she made it extra special, as well as recommending the Marconi restaurant where we had a delicious meal. I would recommend a stay.

“Super property and excellent breakfast.”
+A beautiful property with lovely comfortable rooms. We arrived quite late but had good communication from our host to access our rooms. We loved the feeling of ‘being at home’ with the additional sitting room. Our host was very welcoming, frequently topping up the excellent choice of self-serve continental breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
−Parking is on street but we found spaces fairly easily.

“Convenient property to walk to town . Old world feel which I appreciated”
+Central location and Mary went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . Breakfast was delicious. Loved that we could walk to town because it's right there . Mary was exceptional and I loved the side sitting room on second floor.

“Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.”
−Das Zimmer lag an der lauten Straße und das Bad war sehr eng. Das Duschen war beschwerlich bei dem niedrigen Wasserdruck.
