+The hosts, Kath and Rick are amazing they are very caring. The rooms are very comfortable, and having stayed here twice, both visits have been brilliant.

+The location was great for the pleasure beach and the water park. The property was attractive both inside and out and spotlessly clean. It was excellent value for money. Onsite free parking was a real bonus.
−The bed was a bit soft for me but that's just personal preference.

“A lovely stay in a lovely property”
+Everything was really nice I loved the place I thought it was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
−I would of loved a complete English breakfast with bacon, sausages, egg, beans and tomatoes, just though the bacon and egg on its own was a bit plain and expensive but everything was nice.

“Beautiful Spotless Property.”
+The Old Coach House was spotlessly clean . We stayed in room 3 ,the room was larger than most in Blackpool and was very tastefully themed .The bed was really comfortable with lovely soft duvet and pillow cases/cover. The bathroom had a corner bath as well as a shower and was a good size. The hosts Kath and Rick were lovely ,everything was explained and we were contacted prior to our visit ,which was a lovely personal touch .We will definatly stay here when we return.
−Our room that was not including breakfast (our choice) you could pay for a continental breakfast and add additional hot breakfast ,but a full English was not on the breakfast menu ,so we opted to go out for breakfast . This is not a criticism it just didnt suit our tastes.
