“Really nice and relaxing”
+It was well kept, staff were attentive. Room was really good value for money
−Car park is little expensive for one night. Not all rooms have tv connected to internet so unable to connect to Netflix, but this was dealt with and we changed rooms without a bother

“Terrible check in and check out service.”
+The location and room. The spa was also good.
−Food was very average and I was charged for room service that i did not use, after I settled the bill and was not told about the additional charge made without my knowledge or permission. I emailed the hotel 4 days ago and requested a refund. I still have not had a response. It's not the amount that is the concern, its the principal. Will not be going back unless I am refund and an email explaining why is sent. Also a lot of time taken at check in and £100 deposited per day of stay for room service. That they then used

−Everything about the property was great but the only thing I wouldn’t rate is the parking. £27 per night was extortionate especially when a stay per night is already very expensive. I’ve stayed in the heart of London and parking hasn’t been that expensive. Didn’t even get 24hrs out of the parking because we were there from 4pm to 1pm the next day.
