+They were very accommodating for our early arrival We did have an issue with the door, not closing easily… and we’re eager to address the situation

+We loved staying at the Nicolas. The room was so cozy and comfortable and the lobby was equipped with seltzer and snacks. Great location but off the main drag so the hotel was very quiet.

+We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I booked The Nicholas partially because of the free parking.

+Overall nice. But what hell of a walk for parking. I was told about 2 blocks! A bit more.
