“Would stay again (it was a cool alt to chain hotels), but would need to speak directly with someone to determine better”
+Fun decor, great location, good shower pressure, friendly, helpful staff, excellent valet, wonderful bar with good music and great bartender (was that Emily Blunt??!), welcoming common areas, cookies and bottled water!
−Dimly lit room, DARK bathroom, rude bartender on top floor (you could have made a lot more money off of us here), cramped balcony with no good street view, no desk in room.

+Friendly staff and V.E.R.Y. comfy beds! About a 5 Minute walk to broadway.
−- The view outside the room. On to a dirty roof of another building...

“Enjoyed our stay and will stay again”
+We loved the overall look of the rooms. They have their own vibe that is different from other hotels. Shower and bed were both great! In room bar was also a good move as well.
−Would have been nice to have bedside plugs for our phone chargers. But at the same time, I didn’t look too hard so they could have been there.

“Disappointing Stay, Poor Maintenance and Service”
+I booked this hotel two months in advance for a business trip, yet upon arrival I was told my room had been oversold. Only after escalating to the manager did they find a room for me. That should never happen with a confirmed reservation made that far ahead. The room itself had serious maintenance issues. The shower would not drain, the faucet was broken, and the shower head did not work properly. The bathroom floor had a heavy layer of dust, which raised real questions about housekeeping standards. The lobby experience matched the rest of the stay. A staff member at the front, possibly the concierge, was watching loud soccer videos on his phone with his feet up on the table. Not the level of professionalism I would expect from any hotel, let alone one catering to business travelers. Between the oversold room, the broken fixtures, the cleanliness issues, and the indifferent staff, I cannot recommend this hotel for business travel. Management needs to address both maintenance and service culture.

“Great location just needs to update property! Made for a man for sure and not so much women needs!”
+Location is perfect!
−Valet way too high! Rooms and hallways too dark! Need more lighting. Needs microwave in rooms. Free drink token should include mix drinks as well. Need railing or something to hold onto in the shower. Like space to sit to shave legs and also an actually shower door so the water don’t go everywhere in the floor while showering. Bathroom definitely catered more towards men needs and not women friendly.
