+How central it was , the staff were very welcoming and our room was ready at 10am which was great.
−We booked through booking .com and didn’t get the free cocktail on arrival. This was disappointing especially the money you pay to stay at the venue.

−A little loud at night but we just shut are window and our third day both are key cards wouldn’t work for our room. Got fixed but took a bit.

“hotel with great location”
+The Morgan Hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Dublin and the cleanliness was great. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the room which was a nice addition. Helpful staff
−While the room was well maintained, it was very small with limited furniture and a layout that left little usable space. Unfortunately the room was also quite noisy, as the outdated windows provided very little insulation from street noise. The reception staff could be more friendly; I found it unusual that my physical bank card was requested and retained for 1-2 minutes during check-in.

“Good Location right in the center of Dublin's Nightlife Action”
+The hotel is an very good location in the Temple area of Dublin. We ate at the hotel restaurant a few nights and the food was alwasys good. Staff were always attentive.
−On our last day, the cleaning person picked up a towel that I had placed on the back of a chair in one corner of the room. The towel kept my undergarments from being in direct contact with the chair's fabric. This person removed the towel from under my undergarments therefore touching them, either with dirty hands or a cleaning glove. I do not see the reason why cleaning personnel has to touch or remove the guest's belongings, especially when these are not in the way of their cleaning. Please, make sure the cleaning personnel respects private property. Also a safety bar in the shower will be very much appreciated, especially that the shower floor can become quite slippery when wet.

“Top Lage, bequem und leise”
+Die Zimmer x17-21 liegen Richtung Hinterhof und sind obwohl man direkt neben den Musikbars wohnt sauber und leise. Das einzige was man höht sind schon mal Geräusche vom Flur.
