“Fantastic owners”
+I went down with 2 autistic children, and the owners were very understanding. They only eat certain things for breakfast, and they owners cooked it for us. The owners were very friendly and would highly recommend 👌 great value for blackpool.

“Not recommended for families”
+Not a great place to stay with family. Not a clean place. Have to request to clean the toilet and change the bedding. In the room walls are not cleaned. Presence of dog in the property. Smell of smoke and dampness.
−Nothing

“Dont stay”
+Nothing at all. And didn't stay. Only good location as near pleasure beach
−On entering the property it smelt like wet dog. Unclean, dark and bedding was stained and old. I am so mad that I didn't take photos as i just needed to leave

“South Peir area is great.”
+It was a small single room but that's just what I like, had ensuite, tea and coffee making facilities, good TV with excellent reception, comfy bed. Freindly staff who gave me great transport advice for getting to and from Lytham for the music festival. Also a Wetherspoons at the end of their road which is ace.

“Unsatisfactory standards.”
+It was located close to where I needed to be.
−I didn't get the room I had paid for. The room was smaller the floor was sloped, the toilet was facing the door. The bathroom and bedroom needed a good clean. The smell of sewage came through the window in the morning but it was down to workmen on Sunday morning. Also the hotelier had looked through my Facebook before arrival which I thought was strange. My room overlooked a back alley.

“First stay”
+It was close to the beach. Owners were great - very nice and helpful, and great communication.
−A bit more tlc would make this a more pleasant accommodation.
