“A quiet, spotless retreat where Akram makes sure you want for nothing.”
+Akram, the general manager, made the stay. He was exceptionally kind and friendly, and made sure anything I needed was taken care of. Everything was very clean and well attended to. The restaurant and breakfast were both very good. It's a peaceful spot with a nice view.
−The location is a little remote, and without a car there isn't much within reach. In practice that hardly mattered for my stay. The restaurant is good enough that you won't want to eat anywhere else anyway.

“Beautiful view but uncomfortable bed.”
+View was amazing, food was good but expensive, hotel was pleasant and public areas comfortable. Lots of parking. Room was warm. Nice building.
−Noise after 11pm. Sound of tables being dragged about downstairs, bed was really uncomfortable, shower wasn't powerful.

“So-So”
+View on the sea is stunning. The quality of the dinner was good.
−The value for money was not satisfactory. The radiator in the bathroom was not working. One of the two cups in the room still had coffee stains from a previous guest. There also appeared to be possible water damage on the ceiling. The chairs in the dining area were very stained. All in all, the hotel seemed to be only moderately well maintained.

“Location is good and hotel was fine for a one night stay, but is in need of some upgrades.”
+Friendly staff Great location Reception and communal area gives a more welcoming experience than the outside of the hotel and our room did Easy, quick check out Comfortable bed and pillows
−Hotel does look a bit run down from the outside. The doors in the corridors are all really heavy and one is a half door, not ideal when carrying heavy bags, luggage. Our first impression of pur room was a pitch black, very cold room, as the heating was not on and the curtains were fully closed. Luckily the radiator quickly heated up the room. The room needs a lot of tlc - the carpet and the furniture are all well worn and feel a bit unclean. The walls need a paint and a deep clean into all the corners is also needed. We also felt one of the plug sockets could be unsafe. The bathroom heated towel rail was not working, so the bathroom was cold. The towels need replaced, they are well worn and very washed out. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours talking and moving around.
