−In our room, the shower water ran across the floor and puddled in the bathroom (design flaw), the AC was excessively loud in the bedroom, and the front windows were in serious need of washing to really enjoy the spectacular view.

+I made reservation months in advance. I was put in a room with the view of a wall. The bathroom was so small I had to shower with the door partly open. I am 5’4” and weigh 130. There was nowhere to put my make up barely room for my toothbrush. No flat area in room to o put anything..

+The front desk person was unbelievably helpful. He went above and beyond to get us a room that would fulfill all our requests. I wish I could remember his name but he was tall and thin with lighter hair. Anyway, he made us feel so welcome and important. Hospitality at its best!

“Überteuertes Hotel/ Motel? mit guter Strandlage, billiger Renovierung, unfreundlichem Personal und enttäuschendem Se”
−Das Hotel ist für das Gebotene deutlich zu teuer. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist zwar gut, allerdings wirkt die Renovierung wenig hochwertig und vieles eher billig gemacht. Auch der Service war enttäuschend: Das Personal reagierte auf Fragen häufig unfreundlich und genervt. Obwohl der Late Check-out im Voraus angefragt und zunächst zugesagt wurde, gab es vor Ort plötzlich Probleme. Letztendlich konnten wir nur eine Stunde länger bleiben - und das selbstverständlich gegen (übertriebenen) Aufpreis. Insgesamt ein enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein Aufenthalt, der für unnötigen Stress gesorgt hat. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
