“Relaxing and comfortable- highly reccomend!”
+Incredible! Our villa, with a private pool was outstanding! Perfect area away from the chaos of the centre to relax and unwind in the comfort of your own very spacious villa. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were attentive, and our stay was comfortable.
−A good location, however, be prepared to travel into Ubud centre- Grab scooter is probably easiest as traffic can be bad. This is not necessarily a flaw because of the tranquillity of the location, but something to be aware of! Dogs can also bark during the night, but it adds to the more rural charm.

“Beautiful romantic haven in a rural setting”
+Privacy and solitude, away from everything.and also close to everything. Espresso coffee from Jaya Coffee Roasters nearby, short walk. Locals doing everyday activities all around you in a relaxed setting. The amenities were perfect for us, outdoor kitchen and bathroom were a plus for us.
−If I had to bring anything up it may be noisy at night from local dogs that sleep all day and are active at night nearby. If you're sleeping deeply you won't notice.

“A nice rustic charm property.”
+The size of the property including the garden and the pool area is large. It has a rustic charm with Balinese village feel. Good privacy as the property has high fence yet it doesn't give a confining feeling. A short ride from Ubud town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.
−There are a fair bit of ants at the bath and dining area, I had to ask for insecticide from the staff. The bath tub is stained and somewhat dirty. The dining area floor is slightly caved in, and one of the wooden steps at the front entrance to the room balcony looks rotten & flimsy. If the property can take care of these minor issues, it will make The Meranggi a great place to stay.

+Absolutely everything about this place was spot on from the staff upon arrival to your actual room the privacy was just as you'd expect from the photos. Actually the photos don't do this place justice. If you looking to relax away from ubud this is definitely a must go we will miss this place so much You will not be disappointed at the meranggi.
−Nothing I could say I didn't like apart from a small marching army of ants in the kitchen hen area but hey you get ants everywhere so don't let that put you off this place is a fresh of breath air

+We had a wonderful stay at The Meranggi. The villa was beautiful, private, and very comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they were always very quick to respond whenever we had a request. We really appreciated their attention to detail and hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying here!
