“Comfy bed but need to improve basics.”
+The room itself was light, clean and comfortable and Prem was friendly. Fleece sheets weren’t great; cotton would be better. Had to ask for Room stocks - towels, coffee, cutlery) although we did arrive with quite short notice). Kitchen area accessible to guests was not clean and could not find any clean cutlery or plates. Lovely park nearby.
−Property has the potential to to be a good overnight option for ports and airport but cleanliness in kitchen was very poor and room preparation needs attention.

+The owner wad so friendly and helped me when l came home at 2 with no keys that was a bonus he dint even show frustration he just understood and helped the room excellent everything was just beautiful own bathroom was a plus definitely recommend and will go again 👌🏾 😊

“Quiet, residential area with parking, but nothing of interest nearby.”
+The host was very friendly, and there was on site parking. The owners have cats and dogs. As an animal lover, it was nice to pet the cat when I got in.
−There was no breakfast. I had contacted the property to see if a coffee maker was supplied and they said yes, however, it turned out to be a tassimo so I couldn't make the coffee I'd brought. They had some coffee pods but they were awful tasting. There was no cream or sugar, which I don't use but some people do. My room was up two flights of stairs. There are no restaurants or pubs within walking distance, and obviously, you can't drink and drive so I didn't get to enjoy any evenings at a pub.

+It’s fairly new property so the place looks really good. The hardwood floors are in great condition and the shower was good.

“Lovely stay, in the right area to be outside of Dublin with a dog.”
+The room was very clean and amenities all worked. The owner was so friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to go in Dublin. We felt very comfortable staying as we were told it doesn’t matter what time we get back as someone will be there to let us in and so they were. There dogs in the house were super friendly. The house was extremely quiet we weren't kept awake or disturbed at all during our stay. Private parking right outside the house which had cameras so I knew my car was safe and secure. The owner offered to feed our dog and offered her to come down to play with them dogs whilst we were both so we knew other dog was safe
−The location of the house was a bit difficult to get to due to being a new housing estate and the sat nav did not pick this up. However the owner met us at a nearby supermarket and showed us the way to go which was extremely helpful.

“Wonderful”
+The couple who owned this property were absolutely wonderful! The room was extremely clean and we felt safe at all times! The owners went out of their way to give us tips and tricks of travelling and navigating the area. We could not recommend them enough!
