+I loved that the rooms were self-catering. This was very handy and helpful - it meant I could get a few things from the shops to cook or put in the fridge rather than always eating out or getting takeaway. The room was also very attractive and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the front door slams every time someone comes in and out and I was right next to it. Sometimes the slamming would be continuous for quite a while. They really need to fix this.

“As good as it gets”
+Second time stayed at property, spotlessly clean with top of the range appliances but.....what really makes it stand out is the team that run it, never had such good communication and I genuinely feel they would do anything to ensure you enjoy your stay 10/10 from me

+When I booked my accommodation I specifically asked for a quiet location and was allocated apartment 4 on the ground floor. This is a small but very well equipped room with an ensuite and was fine for my 6 nights stay On arrival, there were a few teething problems but the staff (via phone calls)were absolutely brilliant with their help and patience for which I was extremely grateful. The Madison is about a 20 mins walk from the station and the location is quiet and safe. There are no immediate shops in the vacinity. However, it is on a bus route and very near to Southampton Common
