“Meh”
+The location of the hotel is very good.
−Unfortunately the room didn't seem that clean and even the sheets had holes on them. When we entered, there was a strong musty smell, especially inside the bathroom.

+The location was perfect for exploring on foot.
−There were a few signs of age and lights not working, etc. No parking on site.

+Location was great
−Room C04 Perhaps we were given a lower room category than the one we had booked. The room was much smaller than described and shown in the photos. The carpet in the room didn't look particularly clean. Instead of 2 chairs, there was only one. The wooden beam on the ceiling above the bed was not securely fastened. The towel in the bathroom was far from new. The shower hose was punctured and leaking, and there was no mount for the shower head. The toilet flush button was sticking, and water had collected in the sink and wouldn't drain.

“Good city centre location but uncooperative regarding the parking availability”
+Location was good - in the Belgrade old town. Tram and bus stops very close. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neigbourhood.
−When I booked and paid for the accommodation I requested a parking space for two vehicles (we were a party of 8). My booking was confirmed by the hotel. Two days later I was informed by the hotel that no parking was available. I then tried to cancel my booking since parking was an essential part of my requirement. The hotel refused to allow a cancellation so I had to hunt around for a public car park and walk the 500 metres to the hotel.

+Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super und besonders gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gebunden.
