−I am writing to request a full refund for my booking, as I was unable to access the accommodation despite arriving at the scheduled check-in time and making repeated attempts to contact the accommodation provider. At the time of check-in, I was provided with a door entry PIN via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the PIN provided was incorrect and did not allow me to enter the property. I tried the PIN several times, but the door would not open. I then spent almost two hours waiting in my car outside the property, repeatedly calling and messaging the WhatsApp number provided for guest assistance. Despite making numerous attempts to contact the accommodation provider, nobody answered my calls or responded to my messages. I was therefore left outside the property without access to the accommodation and without any assistance. After waiting for approximately two hours and receiving no response, I had no choice but to book another hotel and leave the property. I have full evidence of my calls and WhatsApp messages, including the attempts I made to obtain assistance and the lack of response from the accommodation provider. +Clean . Bed was comfortable . Shower was ok but did alternate hot and cold .. kitchen was ideal and pay for electric was fair price
−The Lavenders would benefit from having a name plate on the building so guests can find it ... I spent over an hour trying to contact the owner via booking . Com because I had no way of checking in .. luckily bumped into another guest who told me I should have received instructions on what's app and gave me the owners contact details ... The only other thing and not really the owners fault .. every morning it smelt like someone was smoking inside the building .. probably why the fire alarm went off one night

−I do not know where the owner got the (advertising) photographs from but our room did not resemble any of these photographs at all. When we arrived at the house, there was only room for possibly 4 makeshift parking spaces, for 9 rooms! There is no other parking available for the house, as it is permit holders parking in this area. When we entered the house, there was an awful smell and it made you feel nauseous. The kitchen and our bedroom were quite pokey and resembled student accomodation. Both very basic, none of the luxury feel that the photos portray. The kitchen looked dirty and had someone's washing up left on the counter. It also smelt awful. In our room, the bedding looked old and grubby, as did the entire room. The towels were very old, stained and had no softness to them. The curtains were torn and in need of washing. The bed and pillows were hard. The kettle was dirty and there were no cups if you wanted to make a hot drink. There were drinking glasses but they were dirty. The television remote control did not work. The bathroom door would not stay closed and had no lock on it. The light and extractor fan in the bathroom is automatic and kept going off in the night, des

−there was a tile broken on floor going in to the toilet that could maybe cut your foot,just needs renewing. the plug for iron and hair dryer had masking tape needs new plugs on,wouldnt pass electrical test
