8.0“Good value if you don't mind the limited front desk hours”
+The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was not large enough for a computer. In contrast to many smaller Swiss hotels, there's scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. My room had a great view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. In contrast to some Saas-Fee hotels, my Saastal card was already printed when I checked-in. If you leave luggage, it is left in the bar area so there's no real security for it.

“Good hotel”
+Great position for the ski lifts and top apres ski party 😁
“Décor de rêve”
+Très bonne situation- installations mécaniques à proximité- vue splendide sur les 4 mille mètres…. L’hôtel n’est plus au niveau d’aujourd’hui.. l’état est assez vétuste. Service agréable- Petit-déjeuner bien mais pas très varié- service de chambre parfois très lent voir un jour pas du tout… mais on se plaisait quand même bien!
“Super Skiferienhotel”
+Tolles Hotel mit freundlichen Angestellten an bester Lage
“Saas-Fee Snowboarding”
+A snowboarding trip to our favourite ski resort. The Larix is the nearest hotel to the ski lifts with a great Apres bar when you have finished on the slopes. A great place to stay.

8.0“Perfect location - shame about you know what!”
+Because of pandemic uncertainty, we booked late and, after a bit of hunting around, found a perfect room at the Larix at a very decent price (for Saas-Fee). Location, at the foot of the slopes is perfect and the south-facing room had a wonderful view of the high-mountain bowl surrounding the resort. The room was well-equipped and immaculately clean. Breakfast was sound (although the tea offering was dismal!). Due to you know what, the bar and restaurant was closed, which was a shame. The friendly and helpful management and staff were doing their best in difficult circumstances. We would return any time.
“A superb location”
+Superb location on the slopes. Modern, clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. Sadly, Covid meant the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay but the management were doing their very best in difficult circumstances.

8.0“Gutes Hotel direkt an den Skibahnen!”
+Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt geprägt von den durch das Hotel gut aufgegleisten "Lockdown-Wallis" Massnahmen. Danke und beste Grüsse
“Perfect for solo skiing weekend getaway”
+I’ve had an amazing experience at the Larix on my latest spontaneous trip to the Saas Fee. I arrived the same day as I booked the hotel, and the staff done everything to make my short/spontaneous stay as comfortable as possible. The shuttle from the parking garage was available until 5PM, and although I arrived and hour after the deadline, they waited for me and helped me with the bags (it’s a good 15min walk, and definitely would’ve not been fun with all the ski gear). This was a great start to a weekend and the positive experience continued all throughout my stay at the Larix. The rooms are very comfortable, the ski room has plenty of space and it’s well-heated, therefore your gear is dry and ready for use the next day. The location is prime, with a very short walk to the gondolas that take you up to the glacier. Breakfast was also very enjoyable and a great “pick me up” for a longer ski day. But I would like to emphasize again the personal approach every member of the staff takes with their guests, and it was just a warm and a friendly environment throughout the weekend. The views from the room balconies are just spectacular and no photograph will compete with the real deal! The
