“We had a lovely time.”
+The staff were very accommodating and the food was excellent. There was a problem with the booking but no fault of the hotel. They were very quick to correct the problem for us.
−I didn’t like the fact that our booking reservation was wrong, but this was nothing to do with the hotel and easily changed.

+Very friendly staff. Use of private garage was very useful. Very clean
−Charged twice by hotel. However this was immediately rectified upon my noticing, and I was fully refunded and apologies given. As hotel has only changed hands three weeks ago, a shame this happened but was rectified very quickly.

“Very enjoyable”
+The breakfast was very nice. Both Sue and Nat were nice and very helpful, especially around us parking in the garage etc. We wish them every success in their new venture.
−We stayed in the attic room overlooking the sea. The room was fine it was just that it is very difficult to use the shower over the bath due to the slope in the roof and the door banged against the bath on opening, again due to the sloping roof.

“I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and would skip going back again”
+The location was good and it was clean.
−The rooms were very old fashioned including the furniture.the washbasin was outside the toilet in the room.tv screen was really tiny and the bunk bed made lot of noise. No iron in the room. We were a big group and took 3 rooms. They made us sit on our room specific tables and there was no flexibility to sit together on breakfast. Also the breakfast timing was very specific.Usually there is a window of at least 2 hours but this is the first hotel where we were told to have breakfast at a specific time like 9.30 am.

+The staff are very kind and the location is great.
−We were on the fourth floor in the attic. It wasn't bad, I just wasn't expecting that. We couldn't stand up straight in our room.
