“Clean, comfortable, quiet…what I needed.”
+Location. Quiet. Staff communicative and accommodating.
−Spotty Wi-fi reception. Didn’t care for the little packages of shampoo, lotion (difficult to open).

+View, room was nice
−I would have expected a fireplace for the price. Similar room in Lincoln City with spa and fireplace was $25 less. Also, the internet did not work and tv channels were limited.

“Misty stay in the fall!”
+We loved that the hotel was on top of a hill. The whole area was very quiet and peaceful. I especially liked that the sitting area of our room was separate from the bedroom. Since we were staying in October the room never got too warm. We were able to open windows if needed. I did notice there was an AC unit on the wall of the room.
−Sadly, the bed was almost a rock. The hotel is on the older side so we were able to hear the guests above us walking around. The pillows they provided would not be enough for someone that is used to more neck support. I did ask for 2 extra pillows that were more supportive and that helped the issue!

“We'll be staying here again. Great value for the $$”
+The location is convenient and quiet. Old town gift shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk from the hotel driveway. For a great breakfast the Little Brown Hen is an easy short walk 4-5 minutes
−Can't think of a thing

“Nice!”
+We pretty much liked everything about this property. The kitchen was a little dated, but functional, and everything else was very nice. We were tired and decided to bring dinner back to the room and enjoyed that. The view from our bedroom windows made it feel like we were in the woods and it was very relaxing.
−We had no complaints.

“On a hill just above the Village”
+Nice location on a hill above the town. Walking distance if you don't mind Walking back uphill. Cute village, superb Pizza "1625". Found things we were searching for. Place has very good coffee, the owners built this boutique hotel themselves and are proud of its history. Clean and comfy. Very pleasant.
−Nothing. It's a great for 1 to 2 nights.

“Loved this place!”
+What a gem of a coastal place to stay. The staff was super friendly, gave great local recommendations, and room was super clean and fresh. I would definitely rebook this again. Thank you!
−There's a pretty steep hill to get up to the place though it provides a great higher point look out especially in the back.
