“A good solution for sleeping in Thun.”
+Well located near the train station in Thun. Room was available for our last minute reservation. Breakfast was good and met our expectations.
−Room was nothing special, but we were just looking for a place to sleep. Nothing more and definitely met our needs.

“A unique, modern hotel experience with superb bathroom quality!”
+We stopped at the Lab Experiments on the second night of our road trip through France, Switzerland, Italy and Monaco. We arrived late after travelling a long distance and visiting many places along the way. Although we were aware that check‑in was only available until 9pm, we realised at a certain point in the evening that we weren’t going to make it by 5mins. Thankfully, we received an email from reception with instructions on how to self check‑in, which was amazing. However, the instructions included photos taken during the day, while we arrived in the pitch‑black evening, in the rain, with very minimal lighting outside the hotel. We were trying to get our bearings, but it was really difficult to match the bright daytime pictures to the weird night‑time shapes around us. When we finally entered the main hallway, we were surprised to see that some staff were still present. They happily offered help with check‑in. If it hadn’t been for them, we’d probably still be standing outside NOW. We were accommodated in the Switzerland design room, with a mountain silhouette. We loved the footprints on the floora quirky-charming touch. The room felt modern and definitely higher quality than w

−No Air Conditioner. Room very hot struggled to sleep. Which spoiled our over feel of the place.

+L’emplacement au bord du lac et quand même proche de la ville . Calme. Transport public top Parking top Propreté top Les locaux lumineux et ambiance très chouette Magnifique salle de bain douche
−Le petit déjeuner Trop peu de pain complet et aux graines Beurre en barquette trop de gaspillage Il n’était pas mentionné qu’il n’y avait pas de télé , pour une nuit cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais pour plusieurs nuits cela aurait été dommage

“praktisch unkompliziert und zweck erfüllend”
+Eigentlich ist die Lage einfach toll und ich finde es super dass die Auszubildenden auch gleich einen Einsatz leisten können. Es war auch sehr praktisch mit dem Auto anzureisen und es hatte genügend Parkplätze

+房间设施比较新，也很干净，服务人员非常热情
−房间没有空调，因为是一楼，晚上闷热，窗子对着灌木丛，半夜其他客人又大声说话，不敢开窗，担心进蚊虫，开窗又没有隐私和不安全，所以建议不要住一楼的房间。

−Les oreillers ! Bcp trop mous et pas du tout confortables. À changer!!! Pas de petites lampes de chevet. La situation de la chambre au rez de chaussée. Donnant sur la cours. Des gens juste devant la fenêtre qui parlaient …. Pas assez d’intimité Salle du petit déjeuner un peu froid (réfectoire)mais sans doute due de part le style du bâtiment qui est une école de tourisme

“Personal - sehr gut, Frühstück - sehr gut - Die Testzimmer sind Quatsch.”
+Frühstück: Die Auswahl und die Qualität war sehr gut. Der Raum selbst ist nicht besonders einladend. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
−wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht das gemäss Bild das Jungle war - zumindest liess das Bild auf der Bestätigung das auch vermuten. Erhalten haben wir ein Zimmer das mit einer KI ausgerüstet war die nun wirklich für nichts gut war. Licht können wir noch immer sehr gut selbst ein und ausschalten. Für die Kleider gabe es nichts als Ablagen und eine Gardarobe mit Kleiderbügeln die wirklich alles andere als praktisch waren. Die Sauberkeit war - o.k. - bis auf die Dusche. Da wären in den Ecken etwas Reinigung nicht schlecht.
