+Murray was an excellent host. He contacted me to see roughly what time we would arrive and even though we were early he was there waiting for us. He explained the breakfast time and the layout of items. There was everything you could think of. Cereals, porridge, toast and fruit. He then showed us to our room. We had booked a standard double room again and there was everything in it. The room had a large TV, hairdryer, kettle with plenty of stock. There was also a iron and a ironing board on the landing There is a information sheet on the bedside table which explained how to work the TV, protocol for arriving and leaving the guest house. He had guides on all the best places to eat The Kildare was in a great location and within a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area and a couple of minutes from the beach. I have kept the guest house contact number for future reference as we will go back again

+Great location and easy walk to the main strip. Near to Tarantino's Italian which is a favourite of ours which was a bonus. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fabulous using good quality produce. Nice touches in the rooms with coffee machine, biscuits and hot chocolate as well as a fridge which was great to store a few cold drinks in.

“Amazing little property well situated”
+The location was perfect and the room was lovely. Murray the owner is lovely and very accomodating .Beautiful B&B clean , tidy and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and the heating worked well the room got warm very quickly which is amazing. Breakfast was included in the price with a huge variety to choose from .....13 different cereals , pastries , toast & full cooked breakfast. Value for money all round . Couldnt ask for anything more the best B&B ive stayed in around Skegness .
−This isnt a negative as such just a personal opinion, whilst The Kildare smelt lovely thanks to beautifully placed reed diffusers it hit my senses everytime I walked either out of my room or in the building. 3 diffusers of what appeared to be different scents in a small area. 1 as you came in the door , 1 half way up the stairs and 1 at the top od the stairs. Maybe just 1 is needed in the entrance hall as they are good ones that actually smell . Although it was nice not to have horrible smells like other places ive stayed.
