+In the city but it didn’t really feel like it. The beds were very comfortable.

“Perfect location, beautiful room and incredible staff!”
+We had the most amazing stay at The Jungle, it’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming - we were always greeted with a smile! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They also helped us book a trip to Angkor Wat which was remarkable! We are incredibly sad to leave and hope to return soon!

“Lovely staff”
+The staff were extremely attentive and it was very easy to get around and organise tuk tuk and car travel through the hotel (at reasonable prices). We used the tuk tuk tours for 3 days to visit the temples, floating village, elephant sanctuary and landmine museum. Our tuk tuk driver, Mr Chea was attentive, smiley, reliable and reassuring. Breakfast can be bought from the Tree restaurant linked via a path from the premises and the spa is available at the sister hotel (the Urban) just up the road, where there is another restaurant too. Laundry service was fast. The AC in the room works well. It was very hot when we were in siem reap, but the bedroom was a perfect temperature.
−There was no sofa or soft chairs in the bedroom even though it was spacious enough. Just one small desk chair. This meant that when chilling the room we had to sit on the bed (not a major issue but some chairs/sofa would make the space more useful!)

“Very pleasant stay. Would 100% recommend”
+The room is spacious and clean. I even had a lovely balcony to relax. The pool is beautiful. Feel a bit like a resort vibe. Cambodia is a warm country, and what impressed me the most was every time I returned to the hotel from a tour, the staff immediately gave me cool scented hand towels. A nice touch. The location is also very close to the city centre (5 minutes walk along a night market. But since the hotel is on the edge of the night market, it's very quiet. The hotel had a lot of standing water features, but surprisingly no mosquitoes. This is probably because they had these little fishes in the water features, very cute too. They had buy one get one free happy hour in the afternoon as well. Nice cocktails. Finally, they had an in house restaurant and spa that you could get food and massages. Reasonably priced.
−The check in staff gave another group early check in first who arrived 30 minutes after me. Wasted 30 minutes. And the check out staff was very persistent about giving them review to a point he almost took my phone off my hand.
