“Okay for the price, but consider location and what you get.”
+Jake was friendly and the checkin was easy and worked smoothly! We had a very cosy and big bed and could use the TV.
−The location is not as central as we thought. We visited in the green summer season, which meant most shops and restaurants were closed. It means everything was around 25 min walk away from the accommodation. We tried to call the taxi numbers but they all could not speak English and rejected our request. With uber it works, but taking an uber everywhere is also pricy. The kitchen was okay, but could use some deep clean…

+The beds were super comfy and the shower facilities were great. Was amazing to have the continental breakfast before heading out to the slopes (would be fantastic if a hot breakfast was included/an option)

“Awesome staff will come back again”
+We rented a room w personal toilet not shared that's why it was so nice. Staff is so chill and respectful
−Maybe the warm storage of jackets, boots and helmet, it gets smelly but for the function it's ok

“Good base for exploring Hakuba valley”
+Good base for exploring the whole valley, bus stops are very close. As for the hostel, plenty of space for luggage, even if you have big suitcase and skibag. Also, station pick up and drop off was very helpful.
−Very cold. No shelves or mirrors in the shower. And that disgusting feet towel used by everybody 🤮

+ほとんどがセルフサービスでしたが、トレイルランニングのレース前におひとり様で滞在していた自分にとっては何も不満はなく、快適に過ごしました。宿の目の前に車も停められたので助かりました。
