+It was a beautiful hotel, right in the centre so a great location.
−Its not that I didnt like it but we have a harder bed at home so found the bed a bit too soft for my liking but still slept well so not really an issue!!

“Perfect spot in downtown Tralee”
+Location was fantastic, right near city center and lots of restaurants, pubs and parking. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant/pub was great for multigenerational dinner. Air conditioning worked well.
−Only downside was that parking was either on the street or in a surface lot, but there were many options.

“Will not stay again due to the poor meal arrangements.”
+Rooms were good.
−Very unsatisfactory arrangements regarding breakfast. The continental breakfast was inadequate for e7.50 and the full breakfast was too expensive at e17.50. Also, a normal hotel practice is to provide breakfast for its guests seven days a week. Not shut down on odd days.

“Very comfortable”
+We were very comfortable in our location. The room was lovely. The bed was comfy. We heard from many other people staying, including my partner that the pillows were uncomfortable but I slept like a log
−I loved the hotel but might not choose it again because of parking which is important to us
