+The hotel is in the most beautiful spot overlooking Rocquaine Bay. Accessible walks from the hotel and bus service very good. Only 10 minutes from the airport. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Dining room really good, with a good varied menu, lovely food, excellent service and wonderful views over the bay.

+The location of the property is good but the property is dated and the room was uncomfortable to stay in because it felt dirty. There were large stains on the lamp shade, the blind was dirty and looked like a child had trimmed the bottom of it. Staff were at the customer entrance in the car park smoking and swearing, which was not nice.

+The rooms are clean, well presented, a decent size, with a good shower and bed. TV is very small though. Location is great, especially the outside bar space on a sunny day, with fantastic views. Parking available outside or if busy in the street too. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Food, especially breakfast was of a high standard too. Would highly recommend.
