“Don't stay here unless you've got a deathwish”
+I didn't like anything
−I didn't like the fact that we found black mould in the shower and the owner argued with me and said it wasn't and then handed me chemical support on the sink. If it smells, he doesn't know how to run a hotel and that was dangerous because it was black mould and looking at the reviews they've had a miniature fire in their hotel before they've changed their names a couple of times. It tells me that this place is just hiding from the fact that it doesn't know how to run a hotel

“Disappointed with poor amenities and cleanliness”
+Location was good, central to Blackpool
−Very Dirty room & bathroom Very Mouldy, no bin insert, grotty small shower, leaking sink taps, broken mirror frame, cracked window, unfitting curtains, greasy hand and ass cheek prints on wall, awful banging noise both mornings fro 9 - 11am from pipes i think Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

+Cheap and near the town centre and beachfront also across the road from Mardi Gras which was cheap and had good entertainment
−It was clean but not to my standards it wasn't the newest room but was basic had had free tea and coffee

“Don’t bother if your booking on the strength of the promised breakfast”

−We booked the hotel for the breakfast. I’m a foodie kind of bloke and the promise of unlimited breakfast hooked me. That couldn’t be further than the truth. Breakfast was terrible, when I asked for the same again as it’s meant to be unlimited I got 1 sausage and a hash brown. Juice had run out leaving only Cranberry (urgh) was just a poor show ! Second morning I asked for extra bacon and sausage (I got 1 sausage again) Lesson learnt.

“Disgusting hotel. Health Hazard”

−I left this hotel late at night after discovering multiple insects on the bedding consistent with adult and juvenile bed bugs. I took photographs and felt unable to stay in the room. I then had to pay for alternative accommodation elsewhere. The rooms were also filthy with multiple fire safety regulation breaches and the bedroom ceiling leaked. The hotel's response was dismissive and did not provide any meaningful resolution. I have since reported my concerns regarding the property to the relevant external authorities, Trading Standards, Environmental Health etc for investigation. I also raised the matter with Booking.com and have been extremely disappointed with how the complaint has been handled. Despite providing evidence and details of my additional costs, the response and proposed compensation have been wholly inadequate. Based on my experience, I would never stay or even step foot in the place again.

“Stay was okay at best don’t bother with breakfast better elsewhere for similar price.”
+The location was perfect. Easy check in.
−Don’t bother about going to breakfast it’s false it’s definitely not all you can eat. Was told when checking in only 1 chef so took a long time to a get a very small portion. Toaster is temperamental we were told so didn’t work when we tried ,cutlery was so dirty it was unusable also in the middle of the breakfast room one of the staff members slept and his bedsheet and snacks was all over the floor was a musky smell.
