“Lieing hotel”
+Nothing the hotel lied I booked sea view room for my granddaughter and my partner and they said it was smashed up by a drunk the night before...then was given a room with a double bed for 3 of us ..the next morning I seen 6 people come from the room I booked. 3 males and 3 females I've been in contact with Adam about my refund which he said I could have since Monday all they have done is bullshit to me ...
−Everything...the hotel stunk of weed ....I don't like been lied to my face about my room I booked and was given to 3males and 3 females see pictures of them outside .....TV aerial broke....live wires hanging in hall way ......dirty as hell carpets.... The hotel is one big shit hole. Stay well away

“i was very happy there -few issues -but great staff,homely vibe, constant improvements & effort”
+the staff and maintenance people made me feel very welcome on arrival - and were making great improvements and worked hard and fast -to make rooms nice and to keep everyone happy., and work was good standard , good quality materials. We had a bit of an issue with my room door , but only because of the plush new carpet fitting, they did best to sort lock because door was stiff and stress was on the code lock from inside - causing it to loosen - thery tried to fix - but no time to cure adhesive properly = we muddled through with a temporary solution , it mucked up my schedule a tad , but they did best to sort , and so i didn't mind- i would gladly return . cos staff give great vibe, bent over backwards to assist and sort all my queries and initial issues and my room was clean to my liking ,it felt like being at home actually , and i had plenty of room too for my work cases .and personals . i felt mostly at ease there. it was a fantastic location for my to and fro trips to winter gardens , and very close to beach and all local shops and amenities - but feels a nice distance, and not noisy in the thick of it all , close enough to everything i needed on my visit.
−its not that i didnt like ( i felt secure enough in my room ) but disappearing keys , leading to shortage , meant the front door was left on latch for quite a lot of the duration - personally i didnt have too much of an issue with this , but obviously needs a back up plan - financial key deposit maybe a solution ? but each resident should have an entry key - the rooms are code locks and they do the job ( suggest written instruction on # and * keys ) i had to help neighbour who struggled for 20 mins - so initial welcome guidance would be appropriate ( there's a knack to them if you enter incorrectly at any stage ) minor issue - but can cause an unnecessary inconvenience - personally i think code locks are a good thing just not if you have long nails , big fingers or hit an incorrect key and have to start afresh without knowing you have to 'C' clear/ CANCEL DOWN -- x - but the fact neighbour struggled - and other neighbour panicked of the main door being on latch / or even off latch as they didnt have keys ?? to get in - either way its a slight improvement that needs to be made .. good locksmith round corner ( charnley rd )PAUL - im sure would accommodate good deal for spares -Just a

−Very very dated... Paint all over the carpets in hallways and stairs Stains all over the walls Very questionable door locks on very damaged door frame. Windows full of dirt/mould. Stains still on bedding. Bathroom light is on a motion sensor that lasts a couple of minutes... so half your shower is spent in the dark or leaning out to get the light on again. Shower plug hole didn't drain water very well. Glass shower doors, cracked glass and didn't close.

−Bedding had stains on it. Blinds had slats missing so had no privacy same in all the rooms that was empty as they left doors open Staff tried several times letting themselves into my room why I was sleeping The smell was nasty

“Poor standard”

−Couldn't stay in the room we booked with private bathroom as the door had been broken so got offered a different room that would mean using shared toilets and showers. Was not informed of this until half 2 the day of check in (whilst trying to check in)The room offered was very low standard, no remote to TV, no kettle ect, bedding looked as though it had been slept in already and room not cleaned. The bed was also positioned in the bay window which isn't great when half the slats off the blinds are missing.

“SHOCKING”
+Extremely disappointed and disgusted with our stay Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, especially as this was our second time staying here. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. When we first arrived, we were treated well and the hotel staff apologised for the issues we initially experienced. We accepted their apology and also accepted the refund that was offered, hoping things would improve from there. Unfortunately, everything seemed to go downhill afterwards. We experienced rude and unprofessional behaviour from certain members of staff, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable during our stay. There also appeared to be inappropriate behaviour taking place among staff and management, which was very concerning and completely unacceptable in a professional hotel environment. At one point, we were locked out of our room and struggled to get any assistance. We waited around 15 minutes for management to answer the door, with no help or communication during that time.
