+The property is nice and small. Absolutely loved that it is pet friendly. Structurally it's done really well. They have an amazing Italian restaurant that is to die for.
−There was only one person managing everything (which is inhuman). Dhananjay ji was fantastic. He helped us with literally everything. God bless him! He should get a big fat raise! The bed linens, comforters, pillow cases, bath towels, and floor mat need to change. They were dirty! Overall cleanliness could have been better. We definitely want to come back here, but hope basic hygiene is taken care for.

+NOTHING! A perfect place to send someone if you wish to seek revenge on them. My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was unhygienic from the moment I checked in. There was hair all over the room, the bathroom had a persistent foul smell, and the bedding appeared dirty. I had to request that the bedding be changed immediately. What was even more alarming was the condition of the mattress. I found what appeared to be mold, lizard droppings, and signs of poor maintenance and cleanliness. Every time I entered the room, I experienced intense itching, and during my stay I developed a rash, leading me to suspect the presence of bed bugs. I raised these concerns with the staff and later with the owner, Mrs. Avneet. Unfortunately, instead of taking ownership of the situation and addressing the issues, I found her response rude, dismissive, and lacking in basic hospitality. I initially tried to adjust and resolve the matter politely, but the condition of the room and the lack of accountability made that impossible. No guest should have to endure such unhygienic conditions or suffer physical discomfort during their stay. This experience caused both mental distres

+The property definitely does look aesthetic as shown in the pictures.
−It wasnt clean, the AC doesnt work and the property guy says that the maximum temperature we can provide, it was so hot until the evening that we couldnt stay inside the room. The drinking water in the flask has rusty smell, i am not sure when was it even filled and kept. The sheets werent clean too. I was even worried that bugs could fly inside. I was sick for a week by drinking the contaminated water. I would highly not recommend anyone to visit this place, it isnt worth it for the price.

−Unavailability of autos. Local cabs are very expensive. Difficult to explore the area. Unavailability of a comfortable chair and a table to have meals in the room or for remote work.
