“Charming building, delicious breakfast, good location”
+Great location, delicious breakfast.
−Be prepared to take your luggage up stairs to your room. (The lovely desk clerk took mine.)

“A WONDERFUL PROPERTY”
+The facilities are somewhat dated and the room was a bit difficult to navigate because of the sloped roof. However, these are the features that also added charm to the property and were well compensated for by the friendliness of the staff, particularly Cindy, and the convenience of location and other amenities. The breakfast, served individually and promptly, was by far the best one of any B&B we ever stayed at. Overall, very happy with our stay!

“Okay, but a bit tired.”
+Comfortable bed, nice heated pool, good breakfast.
−The entire place is a bit tired and needs a refresh. Room had severely low ceilings around bed, (it was clearly added into what was an attic area with dormers), you had to duck and lean into bed to make it to bathroom. But it did have some charm, and location was good. Not sure i would stay again, but it was okay for the night.

+I absolutely loved my room. It was so charming and comfortable, with ample space. It was great coming back to cookies and wine in the afternoon.

“Excellent weekend”
+The Inn was so charming and the staff warm and friendly. Little touches like wine and fresh baked cookies out in the afternoon were appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional. The best tasting fresh orange juice and super creative made to order breakfast dishes, beautifully presented and delicious. Getting a complimentary wine tasting at a local winery was special as well!
−Nothing it was a fabulous stay

“We received a warm welcome at the Grape Leaf Inn”
+Very welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts, great location (short stroll to downtown Healdsburg), nice common areas (indoors and outdoors)
−Room shape was inconvenient with its sloping ceiling, but it's consistent with the home's Victorian architecture

−We didn’t like the bouncy mattress in Gamay Rose. Otherwise all good.

“Great place to experience Sonoma/Napa Valley and the Grape Leaf Inn was memorable and welcoming!”
+Breakfasts were portioned right, nice variety; loved the fresh fruits/veggies. Great coffee; friendly staff; willing to share ideas for nearby attractions/hikes/restaurants; things to see/do. Felt very safe during my morning run each day in the neighborhood surrounding the property.
−More area rugs in bathroom/bedroom to make it feel less sterile; a little warmer on the feet; Even the dining area was a little loud and not conducive to large crowds while eating ; hard to hear others talking above the “din” of the room.
