“Best of both worlds Berg and Bush right outside the house”
+This house has everything you need - located on a private farm with wildlife in your garden - absolutely beauty full. Good value for money. The bokkies, zebra's and giraffes were welcoming us when we drove up to the house. Magnificent ! Checking in was easy and quick. Will definitely book again
−There were some potholes on the dirt road, but we were warned by the owner in advance before arriving and this is something that is out of their control

“A truly special stay in the heart of the Drakensberg”
+Our stay at Giraffe House completely exceeded our expectations. It’s one of those rare places where you arrive and realise that absolutely everything has been thought of... from electric blankets on the beds to marshmallow sticks ready for evenings around the braai, extra blankets for chilly nights, well-equipped kitchen essentials, and all the little details that make your stay feel effortless and considered. The beds are incredibly comfortable, which made for the best night’s sleep after long days exploring. The entertainment area is beautifully designed... an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge space that flows seamlessly out onto the patio. The braai area is perfect, and the addition of a separate drinks fridge just shows the level of attention to detail. What’s also really lovely is the second lounge upstairs. It’s the perfect little retreat if you’re not feeling particularly social... a quiet space to watch some TV, unwind, or just take a breather while the rest of the group enjoys the main living area. It adds such a nice balance to the home. The cosy fireplace in the living area is simply divine. We spent our evenings there - chatting, playing games, and reading - and it

+The house is large and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful with an abundance of wildlife. The giraffes came to visit. I highly recommend Giraffe House.
