“Lovely homely and welcoming caravan”
+The caravan was very homely, lovely of the owner to ensure the van was warm for when we arrived Living area is very spacious Beds where made up ready for us
−Couple of bulbs out but this could of happened at any time Condensation on the beds which made the bedding wet but again this can’t be helped it is just the time of year

+Older van, but had everything you need for a few days away. Good price, good location
−Light in kitchen didn’t work so had to use a lamp, but didn’t worry us that much as we weren’t cooking, just making hot drinks

+It was clean
−Kitchen light wasn’t working. No central heating. Gas fire wouldn’t ignite and no matches to do this as an alternative. Freezing cold stay under a quilt.

+The caravan had everything we needed was clean fab location!
−The pool accessibility was bad we only had 3 full days and was fully booked 2 days on the run didn't see any staffso couldn't comment on that...could do with a new toaster kept burning the toast n setting alarms off...both tin openers broken bin area outside needs attention rubbish strewn everywhere (seagulls) needs a net or metal grate putting over the bin area maybe in peak summer would encourage flies etc

“Great value, cetral location”
+Clean, comfortable and central. Parking by the property and secure. Good communication from the host and helpful with advice on amenities on site.
−The decor is a little dated but wouldn't let you put that off, everything is in working order and looked after.

+Not a lot to be honest the dead plants and rusty table before we even entered was so off putting , asked specifically of taxi could enter and wasn't allowed past recepiton ad to get a gate code then they weren't aloud on to return or to get off site and the caravan was really far from reception
−The look on arrival outdated and unkempt , mould in shower area so didn't use , a used razor by the microwave far too many nik naks tv had tape all around it and wires everywhere , caravan was really far from amenities hard to book any pool slots and really long walk to any beach all building works right along road , left after one night as couldn't even get a taxi to get off site to explore .
