“Not deluxe”
+I booked a deluxe double but wouldn't class our room as deluxe . The wardrobe base had collapsed, the large sash window was held open by a plastic coat hanger & there seemed to be mould in the corner of the ceiling . Staff were friendly & the breakfast was very tasty. The bedroom needs redecorating.

+No breakfast option until 7.45 am Never known a hotel to be so late. And not provide pastries, fruit etc which could be picked up on way out.

“Mislead in Sandwich”
+The location of the hotel was wonderful; right in the centre of Sandwich. No on site parking but the market car park was only a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. It took a long time for the hot water to arrive but when it did the shower was good with nice big bath towels. My only complaints were that the wifi was dreadful/non existent and, contrary to their website, no hot breakfast was served only a polystyrene breakfast box left in the room. Had I known this in advance I may have booked alternative accommodation.

“It's a very old property”
+The Hotel and venue was good but due to the age of the hotel the rooms could do with some tlc - the bed was confortable - the food was good. The hospitality was good.
