+Not a friendly welcome. It seemed as if our booking was forgotten by the owner (but the mistake was not communicated to us). So, we were assigned a room we did not book. We booked the King Deluxe room with separate shower and bath tub, but got a standard double room (supposed to be a single room). When claiming this, the owner told us a room with bath tub would not exist (although pictures clearly show it). We were offered a 10 pound refund, which was definitely less than the price difference between the two rooms. Overall a very disappointing experience, as we were really looking forward to the booked room.
