+The pub is fantastic, one of the best we visited in Dublin! The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very nice as well. I’m giving it 2/5 stars because we had no hot water (shower) for 3 days, and upon trying to get it resolved, nobody helped or did anything. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay.
+Close to 03 Arena & bus stops to/from Airport.Excellent room with view of River Liffey.Outside noise til 1pm ish-but you’re over a pub so this was expected. Thoroughly recommend-great stay
+Comfortable bed and clean room.

8.0“Great pub,great hotel”
+Last minute one night trip to Dublin for work and this was within walking distance and the most reasonably priced against the other hotels, paying €182 for a room. Didn't arrive until 8.30pm and checked in easily at the bar. Unfortunately they did not do any food so we ordered in a take away, which we had in our rooms but the pub gave us knives and forks. The pub was really well laid out and designed inside, loads of room between tables and just the general decor. First pub I have walked into in a long time and it felt like a proper pub. Service was great, could not fault it. Had some good beers on tap and had a Lamp pale ale which was very fresh and far too easy to drink. There was a TV screen, but it wasn't loud. The hotel rooms were upstairs and the one I had was big enough for me with a view over the harbour. Nice bathroom with a shower that had excellent power. We did not go out and we left first thing the next morning so unsure if it's location would be good for all the sites in town, regardless if I was going again to Dublin I would look here first for a room.
+Convenient to where I needed to be. Room was very small and no ventilation. Room not serviced apart from emptying dustbin.

10.0“Good Dublin local pub”
+Great local pub with friendly staff and good Guinness. Lively crowd and does get busy There is a downstairs for a cosy feel. Outside seating if you can grab one. Used by locals as well as holiday visitors. Very handy for the hotel we were staying at as it was a stone throw away.
“Great No Frills Stay in the heart of Dublin!”
+If you're looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place to sleep and shower, The Ferryman fits the bill. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was amazing, and staying above a pub is an experience! For the record, it's probably not for everyone but we're easy-going travelers; not bothered by the noise of the street or pub and not needing any special services. We received fresh towels daily and there was some shower gel, but you'll need your own shampoo. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room but we found several great local coffee shops nearby. We had a great 5-night stay in Dublin.
+Loved this place. HOWEVER, keep in mind that this is first and foremost, a PUB. The rooms are above a very lively and loud pub. So this was fun, except when we wanted to get some food rest at 11pm. The noise is unavoidable till about 1am, so make sure to bring ear plugs. Also, to Check-in, you must literally go to the bartender to get your keys etc. Overall, a great location with stunning view of the rivers, bridges, etc. Would stay here again, WITH EAR PLUGS

8.0+The property was within walking distance of all the major tourist areas. Only met property people on the day we areived and the day we left. Room was nice and clean. Room was serviced once for making beds over 4 days but bathroom was serviced every day for new towels. While this property is soundproof from the pub, it is very noisey when 100 pub patrons are enjoying themselves outside and the windows are all open on the second floor pub lounge.
+Very good location, historical building, and a popular pub down stairs, good or bad. However, almost no services... No bottle water in room, if one needs drinking water, has to buy from the pub downstair, costing 3.25Euro a small bottle. Also no one to clean your room other than just providing clean towels and toilet papers. In addition, it is very difficult to take shower, bad design and constructed. Dublin is a very lovely city, friendly, vibrate, can drink almost anywhere. We loved our walking tour in the city, fantastic!
