+The Bedroom and bathroom were super clean and nice. I loved the shower, it's always nice to have a good shower after a long day of traveling.
−You cannot eat any of your own food whatsoever. It's strictly their food or eat out. There is no swimming pool, it's a fish pond.

“Very good overnight facility”
+Room and en suite bathroom were modern and spacious. Overnight facilities were comfortable and met requirements Substantial restaurant menu
−Steak , salad and potatoes were suggested by the host for dinner. Potatoes with the accompanied trimmings were excellent. Salad was exquisite, but the steak was disappointing. Very tough and not identifiable as rump, sirloin or any of the known beef cuts. The included breakfast (as per advertisement) consisted of three fruits, bread and jams. Hot breakfast items, like omelette, etc or continental breakfast type items had to be paid for separately. That was only communicated at breakfast.

“If the owner stays out of the process the experience would be improved greatly.”
+Staff were excellent, property was good
−The owner was not welcoming and actually quite rude & ignored us until we had to pay & then proceeded to overcharge us significantly for washing. It completely soured the experience.

−We had to pay additional for the use of the Airconditioner ..Swimming pool was not usable. Breakfast included was only bread and some fruit..rest we had to pay additional. Dogs made it difficult to go exit early morning our room. We have checked out 1x day earlier.
