“Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel”
+The room was absolutely beautiful, and I was very impressed with it. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great, lots of nice products left in the bathroom etc. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
−We stayed here for a wedding at Grand Villa Heights, and unfortunately as the taxis have to come over from Scarborough it costs about £30 for a 7 min drive - just something to consider.

“The best food and accommodation”
+The room was excellent. Loved having a kettle instead of a coffee machine as other places because could never work them. Lots of storage and first time I have ever fully unpacked whilst staying anywhere. We have stayed in 20 hotels in the last 12 months and this has been the best. The food was amazing and compliments to the chef. Portions are huge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed so comfortable.

“Not bad..”
+Room was absolutely gorgeous and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very quiet considering your next to noisy fans etc that are outside.
−Radiator screaming 3 times through the night. Can't get into the car park on an evening having to park on the grass outside. Need spaces for residents only. Came through for breakfast in the morning. Partner ordered full English. I ordered sausages, bacon, beans and hash browns. Wasn't asked regarding any allergies but the table was asked behind us. My plate came to me with mushrooms baring in mind I didn't ask for mushrooms AND I am allergic to mushrooms. Lady was lovely and changed my plate but I couldn't eat my sausages as I know they had touched the mushrooms.
