+Lovely caravan with everything provided including beds already made up, kitchen utensils and it has a balcony with sunbeds as well! It felt like the owners had put a lot of thought into giving it a real home from home atmosphere with some lovely ornaments. The caravan is also ideally situated close to amenities.

“Fun but the accomodation was disappointing”
+Nice caravan park, have visited before. Good facilities. Good sized caravan in a very good location within the park.
−Caravan was disappointing. Sofa was quite dirty and smelt a bit. Bedding in the master double bed was dirty, couldn't have been changed. Toilet seat in the main bathroom kept falling off. The front door didn't lock from the inside. The overall cleanliness wasn't great. WiFi was really bad, we struggled to get good connection the whole 2 weeks we were there. Fridge was very small for a 3 bed caravan, w had to go food shopping every 2-3 days which wasn't ideal.

+Great location very near the beach and a nature reserve, lovely caravan park with fun fairs, shops, restaurants, lots of attractions and activities for families, great holiday feel, we loved it! The Ernie van was spacious, well equipped for self catering, modern and nice looking with attention to detail. The caravan had outdoor furniture which was a lovely extra and we totally enjoyed it in the afternoons! All as described and pictured, great value for money!
−Fridge too small and not enough space for food and drinks for 6 people , had to go shopping every day as not enough space inside it . Toilet seat broken and you could easily fall on the floor.

“The whole family really enjoyed our spring half term break, fantastic!!”
+Perfect location to all amenities, 2 minute walk to the beach, pool and entertainment but tucked away from traffic and people, and close to some really lovely dog walks. Nice clean caravan with a few bits like toilet roll tea bags etc. to start you off. The cleaner was really nice when she arrived as we were not quite out of the property on time.
−No vacuum cleaner or anything to clean up the dog hair and the cut grass the children were walking in. We would normally hoover my home daily so would have liked to be able to keep it clean during our stay.

“Comfortable Van on a large park with lots of facilities.”
+The Ernie van is close to the beach and facilities onsite. Bed linen was provided which was a bonus. The decking on the van is a nice extra outside space. The van is clean and modern.
−The double bed is creaky and mattress is harder than we like in the main bedroom. We travelled over a bank holiday and the site and facilities were extremely busy. If you like it quieter then best to go during mon-fri.

“Decent property very poor communication”
+Location was fine and the van was a good size and nice and clean
−The address and postcode stated in the advert were incorrect and so the location was not where we thought it was upon booking. When I emailed the owner to find out the location the directions were quite vague. I had to chase for the exact location and van number the day beforehand and the address that the owner gave us was wrong so it took us nearly half and hour to actually find the property.
