+Breakfast was excellent, location was excellent only 10mins walk to the front, Tina and mark have a little gem of a place here, lovely friendly hosts, well recommended 💯, Excellent value for money ☺️.
−Connection on phone wasn't working in room, even with WiFi on, wasn't an issue with me, I just went downstairs where WiFi was stronger, nothing bad.

“We've stayed here before, so we stayed here again!! nuff said...”
+The breakfast at the Epperstone was exceptional, with a wide variety to suit everyone. They will even swop and change any item on your plate to order to suit you! And after that, you can walk it off to the beaches and shops.
−Nothing really.

“A really good bed and breakfast in an excellent position. The private car park is a great bonus.”
+The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of storage and well equipped. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into providing a great experience. When it came to breakfast there was plenty of choice, everything was fresh and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Tina and Mark are great hosts, welcoming and friendly and clearly take great pride in the property and the service they provide. We'll certainly be returning.

“Simply the best B & B I've ever stayed in and particularly loved the breakfasts!”
+Very clean, comfortable and well furnished, including fridge in room. Spacious en-suite with large walk-in shower. Owners friendly and helpful. Lots of breakfast choices for all tastes, well-cooked and beautifully presented. Went out of their way to provide me with a varied vegan alternative and it was the best vegan breakfast I've ever had anywhere! Good location, just a short walk to the town, promenade and Great Orme tram and not far from bus stops. There is a lovely conservatory with games provided, as well as a lounge and seating in the garden. Very good value for money. Thank you for a lovely stay!
−It was all perfect!

+We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable and the fridge on the landing for general use was a nice touch. There is a complimentary tea tray in the room, which they will replenish daily, but take extra tea bags, milk, sugar etc if you have a lot of brews. Breakfast was lovely, and all waiter service. We were only a 5-10 minute walk from the town and maybe 10-15 minutes from the pier. This meant it was nice and quiet in the evenings. Really enjoyed our stay 😊.
−Nothing really except the wifi isn't always great
