+Great location. Plenty of parking and nice common area with teas, snacks and daily breakfast.
−Could use some upkeep. Lots of cosmetic issues: peeling paint, scuff marks on walls.

−Uncomfortable bed, hard and heavy pillows, noisy heater, funny smell in room, air purifier was also fairly noisy, lighting was poor.

“Great place to stay!”
+This is a well-run property. Large room included fridge and bath items. We had a small complaint which was quickly resolved by the manager. Breakfast is very good; much more than "continental."
−No elevator to 2nd floor.

“I would not choose this hotel in the future unless I was travelling alone and the prices were lower.”
+The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location was beautiful and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I never felt unsafe there. Dining room and breakfast were enjoyable.
−The room was VERY SMALL for three people. No room for luggage, no extra space in the bathroom (bathroom could be updated and recalked) no other mirror in the room other than the bathroom. For the $$ too expensive.
