+Staff were reallly friendly, having only a few rooms at the hotel made it feel so cosy and the pool and ocean view were amazing. Breakfast included was a real treat and loved all the options and morning juices!

“An excellent stay with absolutely incredible and hospitable staff, loved the hotel, the location, the room, food and ame”
+Stunning views out from the restaurant and bar across the pool towards the coast. Incredible staff and wonderful room
−Can’t really be helped given the area but outdoor bathroom does give way to more mosquitos sneaking into the room

“Awesome place to stay.”
+I simply loved it. It's the best place to stay in Uluwatu. The beds are so comfy, the rooms are clean and welcoming. The staff cleans your room every day if you want it. And their restaurant is amazing. We eat almost the entire stay at their restaurant. The plate sizes are just perfect, there is diversity and the meals are delicious. I would definitely recommend this place, you must try it.

“Sweet boutique hotel with bad customer experience”
+The Hotel is a Boutique Hotel and generally really nice and sweet. Especially its location is good with cute, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a bit weird as yes they have all day à la carte but the options you can choose are a bit limited and if you want something very basic such as scrambled eggs you need to pay extra.
−I wanted to extend my stay for 1 more night. It was already confirmed and set up and then the next morning the texted me saying the room is not free they made a mistake and I need to get out. This was very annoying as I had to find another place on short notice and my plans for the day have been crushed. They could have easily made this less painful in like offering me to drive to my next destination or releasing my restaurant bill (it was only like 5€), so very small gestures that could have really made the overall impression much better. Overall they had no interest at all in providing anything additional as a goodie to compensate for their mistake

“Schönes Boutique Hotel in ruhiger Lage”
