“Mild.”
+Placement. Very well located. Bathroom in the rooms.
−Maze and hassle to get around the building and the room. No hot water nor heating for 3 days. Lift accessible only from 2nd floor. Room cleaned only once a week. Toilets inside the bathrooms in the rooms so if it gets occupied you have no real alternative as the only « common » toilets are located in the common area at the back of the building level 0 and only 2 of them so cannot be in the rush. Some if the staff are quiet condescending for no apparent reason. Pillows are non existant… so thin that you need to fold them to have a tiny bit of support to feel something. No bathmat so the bathroom has constantly wet floors, so slippers are shoes are needed to enter all the time

−Save you the bad experience. ZERO STARS. I made a reservation for me and my friend for 5 nights. I came Saturday night, I had a quick shower and went bed. Sunday evening, I went to the property, just to find out the HOT WATER WAS BROKEN AND THE HEATER AS WELL. THE DUVET HAD A BIG BLOOD STAIN, I took another one from another bed , just to find out was BURNT AND RIPPED. BATH SEAT HAD BLOOD OF SOMEONE'S PERIOD AND A BLACK DYE STAIN ON THE FLOOR. I went downstairs with the duvet, to show it to the receptionist and he told me I wasn't allowed to take any duvet from another bed. Short after, I a lad called VICTOR came to the bedroom and asked me to leave at 22h30 as he was the manager 🙄 and the receptionist was overwhelmed and he had to go home stressed, turned up to be lie. He was there when I left, and the next morning. My friend begged him to let me stay that night as it was cold and late. VICTOR SAID NO AND HE WAITED UNTIL LEFT AND DIDN'T LET ME PACK MY BAG, TOOK ALL IN MY HAND AS I COULD. The receptionist never left, and VICTOR promised me a refund and help finding me another property. Instead, he pointed me out to a 24h open McDonald's. While I was talking to him, I saw a BEATLE C
